    Vivek is the Managing Director of Air Works. He operates out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, New Delhi. Vivek’s leadership provides Air Works the vision and implementation ability to become the preferred destination for Aviation MRO and Aircraft Paint and Refinishing Services.

Prior to joining Air Works Vivek served as the Chief Financial Officer of NYSE listed Genpact Limited, a world leader in business process and technology services. As Genpact’s Chief Financial Officer, Vivek played an integral role in transforming Genpact from a captive unit of GE into a highly profitable public company with over USD 1 billion of revenue. Vivek is also on the board of directors of Makemytrip.com, India’s leading online travel company listed on NASDAQ.

Vivek holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Sydenham College, University of Bombay.

Ravi has been associated with Air Works for over 35 years and managed the company's affairs through its developing stages. As a fellow of the Aeronautical Society of India, Ravi is actively involved in the Indian aviation industry. He is also an active member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) civil aviation committee. Ravi is a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and holds a private pilots license.

    Julian is the Managing Director of Air Livery and is based out of the company’s Norwich (UK facility). Julian is the overall head of the aircraft paint and refinishing business and plays a key role in driving its expansion to locations outside of the UK.

Julian joined Air Livery in 1992 as Production Manager and was responsible for the implementation of facilities in Shannon, Cambridge, Chateauroux and Filton. Over the years, under Julian’s direction, additional facilities were added to the Air Livery portfolio culminating in the widespread locations we have today. In 2007, as Operations Director, Julian was instrumental in the acquisition of Sprayavia and then acted as a key player in the transition of the sale of Air Livery to Air Works. Julian remains a shareholder in the business today.

    Julian is the Managing Director of Air Livery and is based out of the company’s Norwich (UK facility). Julian is the overall head of the aircraft paint and refinishing business and plays a key role in driving its expansion to locations outside of the UK.

Prior to joining Air Works, Anand served as the Vice President Finance in Moser Baer, as Senior Vice President & Global Controller at Genpact and as Head of Finance in Canon India. He has more than 20 years of experience in setting green field projects, Financial Systems & Processes and has been involved in running Indian and US Listed Companies.

Anand is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi.

    Paul is the Sales and Marketing Director of Air Livery. He operates out of the company’s Norwich (UK facility). Paul is responsible for global sales and marketing for Air Livery. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company across its’ Commercial, VIP and Military business.

Paul has over 25 years experience in the Aerospace industry coming from an aviation engineering background followed by many years with PPG Aerospace before joining Air Livery in 2002.

    Paul is the Sales and Marketing Director of Air Livery. He operates out of the company’s Norwich (UK facility). Paul is responsible for global sales and marketing for Air Livery. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company across its’ Commercial, VIP and Military business.

Paul has over 25 years experience in the Aerospace industry coming from an aviation engineering background followed by many years with PPG Aerospace before joining Air Livery in 2002.

    Sanjeev is the Director – Business Development and M&A of Air Works. He operates out of the company's corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, New Delhi. Sanjeev is responsible for driving the company’s inorganic growth and leads efforts on joint ventures, acquisitions and other new projects.

Prior to joining Air Works Sanjeev served as Vice President, M&A at NYSE listed Genpact Limited, a world leader in business process and technology services. During his ten year stint at Genpact he took on various roles such as M&A, Global Head of Treasury, Global Head of Commercial & Pricing and also helped set up Genpact’s Greenfield unit in Budapest, Hungary, among others. Sahu has been associated with the company for over 33 years. He is a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer holding endorsements on several aircraft under the maintenance of Air Works. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mumbai. Sahu also holds a private pilots license.

    Krishnan is the Vice President, Engineering of the Commercial Aviation MRO business. He is based out of the company's airline MRO facility located at Hosur, near Bengaluru. Krishnan provides leadership to the Commercial Aviation MRO business in India and is responsible to develop the company’s Hosur facility.

Prior to joining Air Works, Krishnan worked with Blue Dart Aviation, a DHL owned express cargo airline. He spent 11 years with Blue Dart Aviation in various management positions and was responsible for heavy maintenance. Krishnan is a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer with over 30 years of experience and endorsements ranging from vintage DC-3 to modern Boeing and Airbus aircraft. He also has a current A&P license issued by FAA and is specialized in aircraft structural repairs and ageing fleet maintenance. Krishnan holds an M.Sc. degree in air transport management.

    Amit is the President – Aircraft Management services of Air Works. He operates out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, New Delhi. Amit heads the operators, charters, aircraft management and sales for Air Works.

Amit has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry and has been instrumental in setting up Taj Air, the flight charter arm of Tata group companies. Under his stewardship TAJ Air became India’s first charter operator to build its own hangar with a world class passenger lounge and maintenance facilities at Mumbai airport. He played a key role in taking over from Airports Authority of India, the setting up and functioning of Jamshedpur Airport which also became one of the busiest airfields in the eastern region. He set and managed the entire operations of India’s first Private Security Hold at CSI Airport, Mumbai for the exclusive use of non-scheduled and private operations in India. He led the initiative to set up an in-house international clearance process at Mumbai for all international flights including passengers and crew, which resulted in huge savings.

He has considerable experience in the areas of flight operations, flight planning including flight plans by computers, Airport Management, Air Traffic Control besides charters & Management of aircrafts. Etc”

Mr. Sinha has also worked as CEO of GMR Aviation & set up the exclusive Aviation Company for them – GMR Aviation Pvt. Ltd. He initially inducted 03 Falcons 2000 series, One Hawker 750 & one Bell 407 helicopter.

Arun has been instrumental in formulating policies for implementing and conducting the internal Audits for Air Safety, Maintenance Safety and Environment, Health and Safety. Besides this Arun is involved in the consultancy for aviation services provided to customers.

Arun has considerable experience in the field of aviation. Prior to joining Air Works in 2008, he has spent 30 years in the Indian Air Force wherein he held various senior command and staff appointments including tenure as Station Commander, Mumbai. He gained varied experience in the field of Operations, Maintenance, Logistics Management, Administrative Functions and Human Resource Development whilst serving in the Indian Air Force. After seeking premature retirement from the Air Force he served for five years in Jet Airways initially in the Operations Department and later on in the Corporate Affairs department.
