THE HIRING PROCESS
Once we have had the initial interaction, the human resources team will schedule a phone interview to assess your technical skills and proficiency, to the level of determining whether you should be brought in for in-person interviews.
Our in-person interviews for technical positions evaluate your engineering skills and your knowledge of practices of the aviation industry. Interviewers will ask you questions related to your area of expertise and expect you to solve them in real time. Our interviews for business and general positions evaluate your problem solving and behavioral abilities. During this process you will be evaluated not only on your answers but also on the approach you take to solve issues at hand.
Following the in person interviews, once we take a decision on your suitability for the opening, our recruiters will reach out to you and communicate the final decision.
